Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards and/or checks?
A. We accept all Visa, Master Card, and Discover network cards, and will take personal checks with proper ID
Q. Do you have layaway?
A. Yes, with half down and half due in 30 days
Q. Do you do long distance and internet sales?
A. We do not have an online store at this time but we do take phone orders. If you see something you like on our Facebook page, give us a call!
Q. What if something doesn’t fit? Can I return it?
A. Because sizing varies from brand to brand, we encourage customers to make use of our dressing rooms before purchasing an item. Generally speaking, all sales are final. However, if you are still not sure about an item at time of checkout, ask our staff about our Prepaid On Approval service.
Q. Where do your clothes come from?
A. We have almost 1600 consignors from all over Nebraska and many neighboring states. Consignors do initial quality screening at home, and our trained staff does a secondary check so that only items which are current season, in style, clean, pressed and in good condition are put out on the floor.
Q. I’m afraid if I buy items at a second hand store, a friend or neighbor might recognize something that they put on consignment.
A. If your neighbor bought a blouse at the mall, so did hundreds of other women! Your neighbor will just assume that you shop at the same stores she does!
Q. How do I become a consignor?
A. So that our staff has enough time to work with you and explain things in full, we do not take walk-ins. All new accounts are by appointment only. Please call 643-3237 to set up a time!
